She specializes in commercial acquisitions and dispositions, delivering results through a thoughtful, client-focused approach. Several of Claire’s transactions have been featured in The New York Real Estate Journal, The Real Deal, and Traded New York.

Claire’s career is rooted in hands-on ownership and investment experience. She began as a residential landlord and house flipper and continues to be actively involved today as a landlord, flipper, and commercial real estate owner. This well-rounded background allows her to approach every transaction with the mindset of both an investor and a trusted advisor.

Outside of real estate, Claire enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and loved ones.

Fun Fact: The name W.E. Property Advisors was inspired by Claire’s daughter’s middle names, Wynn and Elle. It also represents Women in the commerical real estate industry, reflecting the firm’s commitment to recognizing and empowering successful women in a field where they have historically been overlooked.
