With over 9 years in the real estate industry and multi-millions of dollars in sales, Claire Johnson has developed the knowledge and skill to assist her clients in their real estate needs. Claire Johnson is focused on commercial dispositions and acquisitions. Some of Claire’s transactions have been featured on the New York Real Estate Journal, The Real Deal and Traded New York.

Formerly a real estate landlord turned house flipper in New Jersey, Claire owns two commercial properties with a total of 22 units in Houston and Chicago. On her free time, Claire enjoys listening to music, traveling and spending time with family and loved ones. Fun fact: W.E. Property Advisors name was inspired by Claire’s daughter’s middle names Wynn and Elle. Additionally, Claire chose "W.E." as it represents us Women in the Real Estate Industry that may have been overlooked but are also highly successful and inspiring as our counterparts.
